Dummy throwing challenge part 7: Rabbit throws
All game doesn’t fly high, challenge yourself by practicing rabbit throws!

Think of bowling! Release the dummy early and don’t swing it too high. Bending your knees, just like when bowling, might be helpful as well.

Depending on how you hold the dummy the length and precision of the throw will vary. Throwing by holding the string usually makes the throw longer but not very accurate. The type of dummy you use will of course also affect the throw. #dummythrowingchallenge

Today my focus was to do long throws, which I think is the hardest ones. I combined it with training the girls; Tassla, Flippa and Bix. Steadiness, marking, stop signal and holding an area was today’s focus. They were of course stars 🤩 but I need to practice my “dummy-arm” a lot more. 🙈😎🙄😉 #dummythrowingchallenge ...
