Advent calendar day 6: Win our Reliable behaviors webinar

In our advent calendar you’ll be able to win private online sessions with Elsa Blomster or Lena Gunnarsson, our book Retrieving for All Occasions” (printed and e-book), our study guides or one of our many online courses (without feedback)! There will be a new gift every day, but some might show up twice so don’t give up if you don’t win the first time.

Today’s gift is our Reliable behaviors webinar for you or a friend.

Will your dog pick the dummy over the hamburger? No? Most other dogs wouldn’t either – but with the right training you can teach your dog to do it! Along the way you’ll also learn how to use the same principles to teach your dog to come when called even when it’s busy chasing something or walk with a loose leash in distracting environments.

  1. I would love to win this gift as a means of continuing my education and adding more tools and working knowledge to my tool belt.

  2. Gabrielle de Benedictis

If I could teach Electra to be more reliable in her choices she could have a lot more freedom.

  3. Bernadette Van der Drift

I would love to win this one!
We could really do with tips as my furry best friend has a real problem making a quick choice between even similair dummies…

  4. My Splinter has one big vice and that is: Swapping! He cannot choose, this one, o NO that one…so this course is What we need!

  5. This course sounds like exactly what I want. I would like my youngster to choose to do something upon cue rather than to decide for herself whether and when to do something!

I wish, I wish that my springers were much more reliable at ignoring my sheep, ducks and chickens. Some days they are not bothered by them at all, then on a day when i have to pop back in the house for 10 seconds bish bash bosh one if not all have managed to pin a duck or chicken down or chasing my sheep an WILL NOT COME BACK i have to go and put leads on them to bring them back inside, so yeh I wish……..

  7. Joy Hickenlooper

As she is now, our pup would always choose the hamburger! She has so much drive to get what she wants, and if we could learn how to focus that intensity into her cues instead it would be amazing.

  8. I would so much like to give my dog more freedom. To walk her without leash in our nabourhood for instance. But we need to train some more reliable behaviors before this can be a reality. So I would love winning this webinar😊

Winner day 6 – webinar reliable behaviors
Congratulations to the winner from day 6, webinar reliable behaviors, Henriette Hertz-Pedersen who wrote “Ginnie thinks herself very reliable. She can be totally reliabled on to sniff out all the game trails, follow every lead and find every track. I think I might need a bit more input on the reliable behaviours so we can make ALL behaviours as reliable as her “game detecting” 😄” and sent a picture of Ginnie. Send us an e-mail at info@retrievingforalloccasions.com and we’ll give you access to the webinar.
